At Nature's Flavors, we stand behind the quality of our natural products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Nature's Flavors

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
